Monaco

Bond’s world is nothing without the glamour of the casino. Tonight, you’ll have VIP access to the iconic Casino de Monte-Carlo – playing your hand in private areas normally closed to the public. Don’t tip your hand.

Lake Como

Taking your cue from ‘Licence to Kill’, you’ll water-ski along the shoreline of Moltrasio, before jumping aboard a waiting seaplane for your extraction – and your next adventure.

Chantilly

Home to Europe’s oldest and most prestigious equestrian centre, the Chateau de Chantilly – featured prominently in A View to a Kill – will be entirely at your beck and call. You’ll explore the Museum and world-class training centre before riding out through the 6,000 acres of Chantilly Forest.

The Assignment: Europe

Special Terms & Conditions

The following special terms and conditions apply to all our The Assignment: Europe trips in addition to our general Black Tomato Booking Conditions

  1. Deposit: By paying a deposit to secure your trip, whether on behalf of yourself or as a gift to a loved one, you are expressing your interest in purchasing one of our The Assignment: Europe trips. The deposit secures your right to be offered one of our limited edition trips in March 2023, and is not a payment for travel services until such time as you confirm your booking. The deposit will be fully refunded to you if, at the time of our releasing the full itinerary and price of the trip in March 2023, you do not want to proceed. Alternatively you may wish to use your deposit for a different trip with Black Tomato. You will be given 21 days to confirm your booking after the full itinerary is advised to you. If you do not want to proceed, we will be free to offer the limited-edition trip to someone else.
  2. Gift vouchers: If you purchase one of our gift vouchers for a loved one, the voucher value can be used as part payment for one of our The Assignment: Europe trips or an alternative Black Tomato trip.
  3. Contract: You will be asked to confirm your booking once full details and itinerary have been released in March 2023. When we issue our booking confirmation, a binding contract will be formed between you and us. Once a binding contract is formed we will use your deposit to make advance payments to secure your trip and the financial protection referred to in paragraph 9 will apply. If you wish to purchase a trip as a gift for someone else, you will be responsible for the booking and for payment of the balance.
  4. Price: The price of the trip will be inclusive of all fees and taxes and will be confirmed by 31st  March 2023.
  5. Trip Summary: The trip will be of a flexible duration to London, Paris, Monaco, Lake Como and Venice and will include:
    • any required transfers by private car, train, boat, helicopter, or a commercial flight (in a class superior to economy) in between locations
    • some tours and experiences with expert private guides
    • 5* Luxury hotels
    • breakfast
    • The trip will exclude:
      • Tips
      • meals (other than breakfast and the occasional lunch or dinner)
      • international flights to place of arrival and departure*
      • excludes any additional personal expenses (e.g. souvenirs, snacks etc)
    • *can be arranged at extra cost
    • Full details and a day to day itinerary will be released in March 2023.
  6. Availability: You can choose your dates of travel in 2023 or 2024 – the recommended time to travel is between May and September.
  7. Payment: Depending on your bespoke trip, we may require you to pay a further instalment in order for your booking to be confirmed. We will advise you of this at the time of confirming your booking. The balance will also be advised at the time of booking and must usually be paid 12 weeks prior to departure date or for a departure that is less than 12 weeks away, immediately upon booking.
  8. Restrictions: There are parts of this trip that have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old however should someone under the age of 25 wish to do this then we may be able to find a suitable substitute. Elements of this trip may not be suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Please tell us if you have any restrictions on your mobility so we can discuss if this trip is suitable for you.
  9. Financial protection: When you receive your booking confirmation, if your Assignment:Europe trip includes a flight, your trip will protected by our ATOL and you will be issued with an ATOL certificate. If no flight is included, your trip will be protected by our ABTA bond. Please see section 18 of our Booking Conditions for further details of financial protection of customer monies.
  10. Travelling solo? Solo travellers can be accommodated, however as costs of private activities and accommodations are very similar whether for one or two guests, our prices for solo travellers will be approximately the same price as for a couple.
  11. Groups: Larger groups of up to 8 can be accommodated, subject to availability, but some of the experiences may need to be split into smaller group sessions to allow everyone to participate.
  12. Package: All The Assignment: Europe trips will constitute a package under the Package Travel Regulations 2018 and Black Tomato will be responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole and you will have rights under the Regulations when you make a booking for your trip, in addition to your rights under your contract with us.
